01Arrival and departure

Arrival is scheduled between 4:00 and 8:00 pm and departure between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Please agree any different times with us in advance and let us know your expected arrival time in good time. Keys are handed over in person.

02Consideration and careful use

Please treat the apartment, its contents and the shared areas with care. Report any damage or disruption without delay and be considerate towards neighbours and the surrounding area.

03Occupancy, pets and smoking

The apartment may be used only by the number of adult guests stated in the booking. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

04Peace and quiet

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Parties and events are not permitted. Out of consideration for the night-time quiet period, the bathtub may be used only until 9:00 pm.

05Protecting the floors

Slippers must be worn inside the apartment to protect the parquet and marble floors. You may use your own slippers or those provided by us.

06Use of additional facilities

Please follow the instructions provided at the property for use of the sauna, EV charging point, garage, washing machine and tumble dryer. These facilities may be used only as agreed or by prior arrangement.
