03 Amenities
With a generous 110 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for two guests. A comfortable sofa bed also makes it ideal for a stay with a third guest.
04 Prices & booking
Book directly with us in a personal and straightforward way – without an online booking form.
From the second week onwards, you receive a 25% discount on the nightly rate. An interim clean of the apartment, fresh towels and fresh bed linen are included.
How it works
Questions, preferences and details can be discussed with us in advance by phone or email. Together, we can check whether your travel dates, number of guests and any requested extras are suitable for your stay. This initial discussion is non-binding.
Please send your booking request by email, including your travel dates, number of guests, full name, address and telephone number. We will then reserve the apartment for seven calendar days and send you the payment details. The full invoice amount is due within this period. Your request and our reservation are not yet binding; the accommodation contract is concluded only when payment has been received.
Once the full payment has been received, the accommodation contract is concluded and we will send you the final booking confirmation. It sets out the agreed services, your travel dates and the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking.
The following cancellation conditions apply to direct bookings at Anno 1860. They will be provided before the booking is completed and form part of the booking agreement. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. We therefore aim to keep our cancellation policy fair and transparent.
